Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a one-time purchase. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Links to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation emails.
Please note: Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Canceling your subscription will only prevent future subscription orders from being generated.

Before canceling, please contact our support team. We may be able to offer you an additional 20% discount on your next subscription bill if you choose to keep your subscription active.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
