Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

When returning your product, please include a note inside the package with the following information:

• Order ID Number
• Full Name
• Reason for Return

Please note that approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing/restocking and $10 shipping fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
